One of these, StellariumScope, lets Stellarium use an ASCOM mount connection for its telescope functions. It allows you to Add, Configure, Start and Stop (Connect and Disconnect) a telescope connection. Fortunately, the plug-in interface is public and third-party developers can write their own plug-ins. USING THE PLUG-IN Some minimal instructions: The main Telescope Control window is opened by pressing the 'Configure' button for the Telescope Control plug-in in the 'Plugins' tab of the 'Configuration' window. Consequently, the Stellarium connection to the mount can’t be shared with other apps, and PHD2 can’t connect to the mount if the Stellarium TelescopeControl plug-in is being used.
